Single Entry Approach (SEnA). This is a 30-day mandatory conciliation-mediation which seeks to provide a speedy, impartial, inexpensive, and accessible settlement services for unresolved grievances and complaints arising from employer-employee relations. On March 14, 2013, President Benigno S. Aquino III signed into law Republic Act No. 10396 institutionalizing SEnA in our labor dispute adjudication system. It is also expected that SEnA will facilitate voluntary compliance of companies with labor laws and standards.
